Michelle joined the practice in the summer of 2026 as Practice Manager. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, manages administrative staff, and works closely with providers to ensure the office operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Her dedication to exceptional service and organizational excellence helps create a welcoming, patient-centered environment for every individual who walks through our doors.
Michelle is passionate about supporting both patients and staff, ensuring that every aspect of the practice runs smoothly. She is committed to delivering compassionate service and helping patients navigate their care with confidence and ease.
Outside the office, Michelle is a proud Philadelphia sports fan who enjoys cheering on the Eagles, Phillies, 76ers, and Flyers. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family, fishing, and playing softball.

Autumn joined the practice in the summer of 2026 as an Administrative Professional, bringing several years of experience in healthcare administration, patient services, and front office operations. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships, and creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both patients and colleagues.
With experience in patient registration, scheduling, insurance and billing support, medical records, and HIPAA compliance, she takes pride in making each patient interaction positive and professional. She is always eager to learn, grow, and expand her knowledge while supporting the practice and its patients.
Outside of work, she enjoys walking, discovering new television series, trying new recipes, and going on new adventures with her daughter. While she may not be a big sports fan, she always enjoys seeing the excitement in the city when the Eagles win!
Forensic & Medical Assistant to Dr. Elena del Busto With more than 40 years of legal experience, Patrice brings a distinguished background in criminal defense, mental health advocacy, and child advocacy. A graduate of The Dickinson School of Law, Patrice served with the Defender Association of Philadelphia from 1983 until retirement in 2023.
Throughout her career, Patrice served as Chief of the Mental Health Unit and as a Child Advocate, representing individuals and children in complex legal and mental health matters. This extensive experience reflects a strong commitment to protecting the rights, dignity, and best interests of clients and their families.
Patrice earned a B.A. in Criminology, graduating Cum Laude, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, followed by a Juris Doctorate from The Dickinson School of Law.
Lucy Lou is our beloved resident cockapoo. She has been with the practice for three years and is the heart of our office! She’s an affectionate, sweet-natured girl who loves making everyone feel welcome. She has a knack for strolling around the office like she owns the place, charming clients and staff alike. Lucy Lou is especially fond of cookies—if you have one to spare, you’re sure to become her best friend! While she sometimes gets excited to “talk” when meeting new people, she mostly enjoys the comfort of her office. She’s highly responsive to commands, loves to be around people, and will happily come over to offer her warmth and companionship. Lucy Lou’s peppy presence makes her a wonderful addition to our practice, and she’s here to help create an inviting and friendly environment for all.
Winnie the Pooh, or simply Winnie, is the practice’s newest member, a beloved mini golden doodle and a true master of calm. With his quiet and welcoming nature, he instantly puts everyone at ease. You might find Winnie lounging on the floor, waiting patiently for cuddles or a gentle belly rub. Pick him up, and he’ll melt into your arms, offering a soothing presence that’s hard to resist. Winnie has a special gift for sensing emotions and provides comfort just by being nearby. While he hasn’t quite figured out how to reply to emails, he’s always ready to greet you with a warm smile and a gentle hello. Winnie’s calming presence makes him a cherished part of our team, bringing peace and comfort to everyone he meets.
