Dr. Guy-Frank specializes in therapy and medication management of a variety of mental health conditions including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, stress management, relationship conflicts, life transitions, and school related challenges.
Dr. Guy-Frank is a psychiatrist who works with both young adults and adults dealing with a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, stress management, relationship conflicts, life transitions, and school related challenges.
Dr. Guy-Frank works collaboratively with his clients to create an individualized treatment plan, considering relevant cultural, psychological, social, and biological factors. He utilizes psychotherapeutic techniques, as well as medication management as needed, to implement a safe, empathic, and holistic framework that allows for healing and wellness.
Dr. Guy-Frank is trained in Dynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and he has worked across a variety of settings, including both Adult Outpatient Psychiatry at Montefiore Medical Center and student health at Fordham University.
Dr. Guy-Frank completed residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Prior to that he obtained his medical degree from Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, and his undergraduate degree in psychology and music at The University of Pennsylvania.
